Motovariators - aluminium series
With the high reliability due to 45 years experience of manufacture, VAR series motor variators represent a viable alternative to electronic drives. These units are EMC electrically compatible with ease of operation and maintenance. The cast iron S series, includes wide range of models: such as flange, foot and compact mountings, available in seven sizes from 003 to 100, with solid input shaft or motorized options too. Differential version SD series, allows to work in applications with speeds nearly to zero. The low cost and lightweight aluminum versions TXF series, are available in size 002, 005 and 010.

- Shafts: case hardened and tempered 20MnCr5 steel (UNI8550)
- Internal components: 100Cr6 heat-treated steel
- Output speed with 4 pole motors: 170 ÷ 1000
- Output speed with 2 pole motors: 340 ÷ 2000
- Output speed with 6 pole motors: 109 ÷ 643
- Torque value max 12 Nm
- Silent, vibration-free running
- High efficiency
- Bidirectional rotation
- Control handwhel positionable on either side
- Slipping speed to max load at 5%
- Regulation sensibility: 0,5 rpm
- Painted with RAL 5010 blue epoxy-polyester powder in according to DIN 1843
